designing the motion reel

As we approached this portion of the show, we asked: who are the designers behind Echoes, what unique perspectives do they bring, and how can those voices come together cohesively?

To answer this, we met individually with each designer to storyboard their selected project. The primary challenge in developing the reel was ensuring fluid motion throughout, while crafting transitions that felt intentional and true to the character of each piece.

designer spotlights

marketing

Our Instagram marketing created an opportunity to highlight the distinct personalities behind each designer through a series of spotlight videos.

Each designer was encouraged to express their identity—whether through location, activity, or another personal lens. Because lived experiences shape our work, this approach offered a more intimate glimpse into each designer’s process.

echoes-to-go

merchandise & deliverables

What’s a gallery show without something to take home? This portion of the event was an opportunity to experiment, have fun, and create meaningful keepsakes that captured our time together.

The centerpiece was Archive, a 100+ page publication featuring all participating designers, behind-the-scenes imagery, and individual spreads created by each contributor. Additional pieces included stickers, keychains, and screen-printed tote bags, extending the experience beyond the gallery.
